This accommodation is, in principle, for groups of international students participating in KIT short-term international programs.
It is mandatory for each participant to go through the KIT International Community House Guidebook and sign in the Letter of Pledge before or upon moving in this accommodation.
This is for students officially enrolling at KIT, or those who will stay over 3 months.
Out of about 4,000 rooms, you will choose one that best fits to your preference and budget. Its monthly rent ranges from about ¥30,000 to ¥80,000 and all rooms are designed to have a single room with a kitchen and bathroom.
