Number of students per class

At KIT, we offer around 1,200 subjects each semester. In Basic Style for Study, which is compulsory for first-year students, there are 28 classes, each of which has about 60 students.
With regard to Design Project, which is our original Project-based Learning Program that is compulsory for all students, there are approximately 50 Design Project II classes for second-year students, with about 30 students per class.

Graduation rate

The ratio of students who graduate after four years of study varies between 72% and 79%.

Ratio of students who have graduated in four years
Students withdrawing from KIT

The ratio of students who have left KIT has varied between 3.3% and 3.9% in the past four years.

Ratio of students who repeated a year, left school, took a leave of absence, or were expelled
Career paths after graduation

The ratio of KIT students who find work before graduation is one of the best among Japanese universities.

(1) Undergraduate students' career paths

For the academic year 2016 (students who graduated in March 2017), the ratio of students who found work was 99.9%. Among 1,374 students who found work, 61.7% obtained a job in a listed company, a major company, or a government, or became a teacher.
