CONFERENCE FEES

Full conference registration fee
Before March 31 2018	：	JPY 85,000(early bird)
After March 31 2018	：	JPY 100,000
Accompanying person registration fee	：	JPY 15,000
Student representative registration fee	：	JPY 40,000

The full registration fee includes entry to all conference sessions, conference materials package, daily refreshments and lunch, and participation in Welcome Party and Conference Dinner.

The accompanying person registration fee includes participation in Welcome Party and Conference Dinner.
If you are coming with your kids to the Welcome Party and the Conference Dinner, we would like you to register as follows.
> Kids aged 12 and over : You need pay accompanying person registration fee.
> Kids under age 12 : For free
* You can’t leave your kids with our staff at each venue and campus. We ask for your kind understanding.

The student representative registration fee includes entry to all conference sessions, conference materials package, daily refreshments and lunch, and participation in the two evening receptions and the conference dinner. The student representatives (sent to the conference, for example, by Student Unions) cannot be corresponding presenting authors.

Please note that the registration fee cannot be refunded after May 29 (one month before the conference). It is possible to transfer the registration to another person.
